Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in the original condition within 28 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
How do I return a product?

Raise a return request through the returns portal so we can help. If the item hasn't already been sent, we may be able to change or cancel your order.
I've received a faulty item - how do I get it replaced?
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, then please let us know straight away through the returns portal. We will fix the problem for you as quickly as possible.
Will I be charged a courier fee to return a faulty item?
You won't need to pay a courier fee or postage to return an item if there is a fault with the product.
For any ‘change of mind' returns, it is your responsibility to cover all delivery charges incurred. A copy of your tax invoice (or relevant proof of purchase) is to be included in the delivery (please keep the original for your own reference), and the refund will be processed using your original method of payment.
How long will my refund take?
Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed after your item arrives at our Online Warehouse.
