PetPost Pup Up Café
This promotion is valid on Saturday 11th October between 9:00AM and 11:00AM and Saturday 18th October between 9:00AM and 11:00AM.
• Each person is eligible to receive one (1) goodie bag, while supplies last.
• Each dog is eligible to receive one (1) pup cup, while supplies last.
• Quantities are limited and not guaranteed. Pup cups are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once supplies are exhausted for any given session, no further items will be distributed.

Eligibility
The PetPost Hamper Raffle is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Petstock Group, their families, and any associated organisations are excluded from entry.
Acceptance of terms
Entry into the raffle constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any entry not in compliance with these terms is invalid.
How to enter
To enter, participants must:
• Enter their details by scanning the QR code at the PetPost activation in St Kilda, Victoria on either Saturday 11th October 2025 or Saturday 18th October 2025 between the hours of 9:00AM to 11:00AM.
• Entry is free. Limited to one entry per person.
Promotion period
The raffle opens on 9:00AM on Saturday 11th October 2025 and closes at 11:59PM on Saturday 18th October 2025.
Prizes
• One winner will receive a $250 PetPost voucher and a Prize Pack Hamper valued at $250, for a total retail value of $500.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Entrants are not guaranteed a prize.
Winner notification
• There will be one winner who will be selected at random by electronic means on Monday 20th October 2025 and will be contacted privately via the email provided within three days.
• The winner will not be publicly announced.
• If the winner does not claim their prize by 9:00AM on Thursday 30th October 2025, PetPost reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Winner verification
PetPost reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to request proof of an entrant’s eligibility (including an entrant’s identify, age, and place of residence).
Entry submission responsibility
PetPost accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, incorrectly submitted, late, corrupt, or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence. PetPost reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a fraudulent entry, fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or engages in disruptive, misleading or damaging behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple entries from the same individual using false personal information.

Promoter’s rights
The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition including disqualifying any entrant if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control that compromise the integrity or fairness of the competition.
Limitation of liability
PetPost, its affiliates, and agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or the use of prizes, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Prize distribution
PetPost will post out the prize to the winner after they have been notified via email and their entry has been verified. PetPost and its agencies accept no responsibility for delays or damage to prizes in transit.
Privacy
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by PetPost for the purposes of conducting this competition and to receive ongoing marketing communications. Entrants will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from marketing communications via the unsubscribe or opt out functions or by sending a message directly to the Customer Experience Team at customerservice@petstock.com.au. Collected information may also be used for the purposes specified in the PetPost privacy policy. PetPost may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this promotion.
